Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our entire workflow and processes are run through HubSpot for reporting purposes, project management purposes, outbound and inbound marketing activities, analytics, managing sales pipelines, managing lead flow, managing ad campaigns. The product allows us to measure multiple aspects of the business including quality of lead flow based on deal stage, managing sales pipelines, internal reporting and budgeting.

  • Additional information for contact forms.
  • Lead source classification.
  • Cost reductions for marketing.
  • Deal monitoring and forecasting.

I have only used Salesforce, Pipedrive and HubSpot. HubSpot is much better than all of them.
It has allowed for a smoother handover from lead to SQL and deal management, as well as organising meetings.
HubSpot is more user friendly and more customizable.

HubSpot is valuable with regards to internal reporting, managing marketing activities. It is less valuable when offline sources are taken into consideration due to multiple duplicate accounts being added.
