Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We used HubSpot to align our Marketing and Sales departments. It was already implemented but I made improvements as my previous role was within an Elite HubSpot Agency.

  • Analytics & reporting.
  • Duplication of deal properties or records.
  • Movement of quotes between deals - clone and associate to different deal.
  • Sequence enrolment management improvements.
  • Task management - huge time saving.
  • Easy to track revenue.
  • Reporting on efficiency of all processes business-wide.
It is by far the most user friendly (experience with Salesforce and Custom CRMs).
HubSpot is the most user-friendly, it is scalable very easily and can cover every stage in your pipeline, including payments. It has other areas you can include into one system such as CMS for website management and creation. It has operations hub to support your needs and usage further enhancing the capabilities. HubSpot is not just a CRM it can be an all-in-one business management tool for small to large corporate with the enablement of integrations where needed.

Having had agency experience and working with small, medium and large enterprises with varying product offerings & processes. I can confidently say that as a CRM, sales, service and marketing platform that HubSpot adds value to any business at any level of their offering - including the free version for start-ups etc. there are just endless possibilities using the software to develop and grow an established or a start-up business.

I wasn't involved with the setup. The set-up of properties and avoidance of duplicates could have been avoided from us as a customer. This took some manual intervention, but once rectified, works perfectly for what we need.

The 24/7 knowledge base is excellent, there is also the HubSpot Forum & Community Network which works fantastic. For more technical enquiries, the support agents are great at solving and keeping you updated on tickets.
