Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot as our main CRM, giving the company transparency as to where we are at with our deals, who they are with, how many, etc. We heavily rely on Sequences for prospecting purposes and email marketing to qualify new contacts, which we add directly to Hubspot. The Reports features allow us to track our activity, conversion ratio, productivity, etc. We can also make calls from our computers without leaving Hubspot using the built-in calling feature.

  • User interface.
  • More UI customization.
  • Depth and breadth of support topics.
  • Auto-association for metadata on deals - doesn't always work, and we have to fix it manually.
  • Increasing revenue by helping us manage and facilitate sales.
  • Increase productivity by automating tasks.
It is way more modern and intuitive than Salesforce, I've tried other CRMs personally, and their interfaces are clunky - Hubspot is easy to use.
There are only 2 Account Managers, including myself, and we handle the sales and marketing outreach. We create and send out email campaigns, follow up over the phone, and move qualified leads into a pipeline. Our sales process is based on Hubspot's prospecting and automation features.
Salesforce is costlier, aimed at enterprises, and ironically its interface is very outdated. Hubspot's UX on the computer and mobile is easy to navigate and productive.

Sending out email campaigns has automated my emails to the point where even if I am sick and take a day off, there will be a minimum threshold of email activity produced. The system's efficiency multiplies even more when paired with the daily prospecting calls that we make.
