Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot as our main CRM, giving the company transparency as to where we are at with our deals, who they are with, how many, etc. We heavily rely on Sequences for prospecting purposes and email marketing to qualify new contacts, which we add directly to Hubspot. The Reports features allow us to track our activity, conversion ratio, productivity, etc. We can also make calls from our computers without leaving Hubspot using the built-in calling feature.

- More UI customization.
- Depth and breadth of support topics.
- Auto-association for metadata on deals - doesn't always work, and we have to fix it manually.
- Increasing revenue by helping us manage and facilitate sales.
- Increase productivity by automating tasks.
Salesforce is costlier, aimed at enterprises, and ironically its interface is very outdated. Hubspot's UX on the computer and mobile is easy to navigate and productive.
