Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We moved away from Salesforce to Hubspot as it enabled us to consolidate our tech stack while bringing more value to the entire customer-facing team. It started with the marketing team being able to sync with the sales team with the campaigns being run and bringing visibility to the journey of our customers (from lead to customer to evangelist).

  • The support team is incredible. They are timely in the chat, and I have had several positive experiences on the phone where the rep was very clear about what the steps were to a solution.
  • I would like to see more functionality on mobile.
  • I would like to see Hubspot's monthly customer success meetings have more technical solutions vs. having to purchase technical time from them.
  • We realized a cost saving of over 30%.
  • Our productivity per rep has increased as well.
  • Increased rep adoption.
Team adoption has been much simpler than with Salesforce. I have used four different CRM systems; Hubspot, by far, is the most user-friendly while bringing more alignment to all the customer-facing revenue teams.
Hubspot has been much easier to use (total team adoption in multiple departments) and has provided a better value without over-investing in customization for initial setup.

If you are a small to mid-size organization, Hubspot enables you to scale & optimize dramatically. The sales & customer success teams really value all the communication options available in one place. Meaning they typically do not have to leave the application to communicate with cross-functional teams or external leads/customers. The ease of use has also made our team's adoption simple.
