We moved away from Salesforce to Hubspot as it enabled us to consolidate our tech stack while bringing more value to the entire customer-facing team. It started with the marketing team being able to sync with the sales team with the campaigns being run and bringing visibility to the journey of our customers (from lead to customer to evangelist).
