Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to manage customer relationships, send all communications on schedule, and I create and close all deals in HubSpot.

HubSpot keeps everything clear, organized and moving along at the speed and progression that I created. Its flexible and helps me meet all my objectives.
  • Houses a variety of email templates and schedules them perfectly via sequencing, etc.
  • Enables me to track all my outbound and inbound calls with details and keeps me on schedule.
  • HubSpot helps me create the content and there are templates for my proposals.
  • HubSpot does an awesome job at tracking 30 day, 60 day, yearly activity and metrics in a clear and concise manor.
  • I wouldn't want to do this job with any other CRM.
  • I'd like to see the spell-check (auto-correct).
  • HubSpot offers more flexibility and features than I currently need or use.
  • HubSpot helps me maximize the number of outbound sales calls and emails I send which impacts my bottom line and helped me to be the #1 salesperson here.
I find HubSpot very easy to use. I can customize fields, etc. I find it to be much more user-friendly than Salesforce or other CRM tools. My day is organized around HubSpot - all my emails are sent via a HubSpot sequence, I can interrupt that sequence and all of my phone calls are tracked as well. All emails I send through Outlook are synched with HubSpot, all the proposals I send are created and sent through HubSpot, and every deal I close is then tracked through HubSpot and I can run any kind of report imaginable for me or my sales team as a whole.

I send thousands of emails a month, and I make hundreds of outbound calls, and take hundreds of inbound calls. HubSpot enables me to be more organized, and make more calls and emails than anyone else - and as a result I sell more than anyone else. The reports are customizable, everything I do is tracked, and I can use HubSpot for every phase of the sales process from the first email or first communication from a Chat - to the final proposal and deal is completed. I can't say enough positive things about HubSpot, no one else competes with it (in my mind), and I would be greatly disappointed if I had to be a sales guy without HubSpot or with any other tool. And I am currently the top seller at my organization.

HubSpot CRM Support

Because when I needed help HubSpot responded immediately and provided me with the information I needed which enabled me to realize that HubSpot was even more customizable and easier to use than I thought! And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.

I do not know about the purchasing of the tool.
Yes, due to the way that I manage multiple screens and applications I needed to change the view of my tasks - I couldn't figure out how to change the settings and the appearance. Support responded to me immediately, with a wonderful in-depth explanation of where I needed to go to make the necessary changes.
