Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot daily to manage several aspects of my territory: 1. Sales Funnel - to add, remove or adjust sales prospects to measure conversion success and visualize new business opportunities; 2. Record customer information for prospects and existing customers so I can increase and/or enhance the customer experience; 3. Create templates and sequences to communicate often and regularly with prospects and customers; 4. Schedule customer calls, demos, and meetings; 5. Gather inbound sales data.
  • Email templates and sequences.
  • Contact information.
  • Sales funnel visibility.
  • Training resources.
  • Duplicate notifications.
  • Conversion data in reports/dashboards.
  • Categorization of verticals.
  • Revenue tracking and potential growth in certain verticals.
  • Shortened sales cycle on SaaS products.
  • Adjusted workforce based upon data analysis of recurring revenue & net new logo growth.
I find HubSpot much easier to navigate than other CRM tools I've used; however, I would like to see more customizable reporting and sales prediction via analytical tools based upon sales cycle, vertical, average sale, and the average cost of sale.
MS Dynamics did allow users to capture more robust data around customer engagement, recurring revenue, and sales growth.

HubSpot is a great tool for inbound marketing, sales planning, and activity tracking. Users can easily document prospect/contact info, establish & maintain a sales funnel, create dashboards to track activity, and develop templates and sequences to allow communication and visibility with customers. I've found the tool very easy to navigate and user-friendly.
