I use HubSpot to track interactions with potential customers. I track meetings, phone calls, emails, and tasks on accounts to help them along their journey.
Pros
- Being a communication hub for clients.
- Reporting to keep track of conversions and sales efforts.
- Staying on top of conversations so no lead is missed.
Cons
- Having a branded phone number so the business line doesn't show up as spam.
- Ability to save templates right from the Send Email button in HubSpot.
- Not counting the sender's opens of an email as an open just solely the clients.
- Increased sales rep usage.
- Ability to see full business numbers in one place.
- Track revenue growth.
It allows sales to see the interaction with marketing efforts on top of the data gathered from form submissions and other interactions to know how engaged the lead is.
