Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot for the organization and completion of deals submitted by customers. I use the info submitted by customers to evaluate the service that they require and to collect basic personal info which we use in our quoting process at Yardly. It is very useful being able to organize all of our clients and their deals, tickets, and contacts.
  • Client organization.
  • Extensive filters to divide and sort the different types of deals.
  • Easy customer to sales representative contact.
  • More emphasis on notifications on the main screen.
  • Helped us process and send a higher volume of quotes, in turn creating more deals, opportunities, and jobs.
Never used another software.

Very well suited when dealing with a high volume of customers, as well as organizing different types of requests from several customers. Although it is easy to contact customers, it is sometimes difficult or a lengthy process to past conversations with a customer.
