Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use Hubspot for marketing, prospecting, forecasting for sales, customer database, and lead generation.

Pros

  • Excellent customer database.
  • Excellent filter features for creating customer views.
  • Forecasting features are great to create various sales reports.

Cons

  • Could improve on the contact features capabilities when importing information.
  • Also have a feature that helps to identify duplicate information that filters in.
  • Also, when you're in the company's view, the back feature doesn't take you back to where you left off. It starts you off from the beginning, and you have to scroll back to where you last left off.
  • Great for deal cycles both short and long.
  • Has helped with marketing strategies.
  • Has been excellent for internal visibility for workflows. Everyone is able to assist and have access to information at any time. Also, you can create private views very easily as well.
The layout of HubSpot's CRM is user-friendly, one of the best I've used. It's very easy to navigate Hubspot to find information. They have great customer support. Their User Guides are great. They are the best for marketing and generating emails for prospects. One thing I love about Hubspot over other CRMs I've used is that you're able to customize views very easily.
HubSpot is excellent at aligning both sales and marketing teams. The sales and marketing teams are able to have quick and easy visualization within Hubspot of all documents, marketing materials, customer accounts, snippets, inserts, etc. Everyone is able to go in at the same time and update on the spot for all changes. Both marketing and sales can collaborate very easily on Hubspot.
HubSpot is much more user-friendly, and easier to navigate. The visibility for customer accounts is excellent. Hubspot is better for marketing efforts. You can customize and send out emails in a streamlined approach. Hubspot customer service is truly wonderful.

Hubspot is well suited for sales management and has an excellent customer database. Also excellent for marketing and prospecting capabilities. Not suited for those who work with 100 customers or less.
