Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot across the entire organization to track sales and revenue and to book paid placements for our website. We are an advertising platform that has over 12 million monthly users, and we work with thousands of merchants, so HubSpot is crucial in tracking the conversations, IOs, and agreements within the different departments. The only problem we face is the manual process of trying to send mass emails for leads that were assigned to older reps in the past. The user experience could be better in the inbox and deals section, but we have been using it efficiently.
Pros
- Makes it simple to create deals for IOs to be sent to our media coordinators to send out contracts via PandaDoc that are integrated with HubSpot.
- Easy to search for contacts, companies, and sort through the conversations.
- Easy access to tasks to accomplish and track in the dashboard.
Cons
- It's hard to pull a mass list of older leads 6+ months that are assigned to multiple reps.
- Great way to look into insight on revenue in closed / won deals that the sales team is bringing into the company.
It has helped streamline communication with our different departments, finance, sales team, and our media coordinators.
Hubspot competes pretty close to Salesforce, but the dashboards and ways to customize things in Salesforce are much more user-friendly.
