Why I think HubSpot is probably the best CRM.

Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it for qualifying incoming leads, adding and keeping track of leads to the database, tracking messages, setting and following up on tasks, reaching out, and using sequences.
  • Sequences (templates).
  • Lead qualification.
  • User friendly and cool design.
  • Integration with external resources.
  • More explanations of "how to" describing how to use specific functionality right in the HS.
  • More features available in a free package.
  • Better support if SMTH is not working properly.
  • Increased customer base.
  • Drove revenue growth.
  • Improved communication and sales management process.
Compared to Zoho, QuickSales - HubSpot is much more user-friendly and easy to navigate. It has more functionality.
This was not a CRM. However, out of all CRMs I've used so far, HubSpot stands out as the best one.
