Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Hubspot has been an excellent tool for keeping track of deals, inbound and outbound efforts, and communication. The lessons to learn and use have been excellent and engaging, making my transition from another CRM less of a headache.

Usability

It is very simple. If moving from another CRM, there is a learning curve, but Hubspot does its best to help new users understand and learn to use this.

Hubspot has been great for us but needs more flexibility. It is useful for early level understanding but as we grow more complex in our process it gets left behind.
