Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use Hubspot daily and am responsible for establishing its use within our company. The system is easy to use and intuitive, and if you need help, there are endless resource videos. I am able to manage and nurture leads, and the marketing tools are great for setting up sequences to email our clients. The tools for emails, templates, and snippets make it easy to paste in commonly used copies or phrases. The ability to see how our clients are interacting with our outreach and webpage is very useful. I have tried many CRM, including more expensive ones on the market and for our needs, Hubspot is perfect!

- Ability to add pictures into copy without having to upload.
- Because the sequences work in the background, this is a cost-saving to the time I have to take to conduct outreach.
- Easy to gain sales rep adoption.
- Mobify and now part of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Cost and easy functionality. As a small company, we do not need the high cost of the sales force and can complete the same tasks needed within Hubspot.
