Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot for our CRM and house all of our prospective client information in it. I also use Hubspot to email potential clients via sequences. Whenever we have meetings, I add all meeting notes and set up follow-up reminders. Our marketing team uses this software for marketing email as well.

Salesforce has a lot more features and much better customer management in terms of organization. Salesforce also has a better organization for a large company targeting as you can easily assign parent companies and sub locations for each different site. Hubspot is much easier to use, and you don't have to be a pro to understand the features. I prefer Hubspot's mass email features over Salesforce.
