Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot for our CRM and house all of our prospective client information in it. I also use Hubspot to email potential clients via sequences. Whenever we have meetings, I add all meeting notes and set up follow-up reminders. Our marketing team uses this software for marketing email as well.

Hubspot has a lot of features that are more front and center when compared to Salesforce. I prefer how much easier Hubspot is to use. Sales Force has a lot more features, but you have to be more of a pro user to access them. Hubspot also has better mass email capabilities in terms of ease of use.
Salesforce has a lot more features and much better customer management in terms of organization. Salesforce also has a better organization for a large company targeting as you can easily assign parent companies and sub locations for each different site. Hubspot is much easier to use, and you don't have to be a pro to understand the features. I prefer Hubspot's mass email features over Salesforce.

Hubspot is great for smaller sales companies as it offers lots of tools for small teams to make an impact with large email send-outs and marketing management. I do not enjoy trying to organize large companies that have multiple locations and lots of decision-makers. Hubspot also won't work well for companies that have a very large amount of clients as there is no large indicator on each profile indicating that the company is a current or lost client.
