Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

The business problems addressed: 1. Summarizing customer contact info and purchase orders for easy communication, 2. Allowing for several platforms based on serviceable regions for our business. 3. Providing links to Heymarket, emails, and slacks (various channels of communication) that allow users to toggle and see that the customer has been reached.

  • The system has reorganized status for clients, which caused communication error.

It's one of a kind. I really enjoy the syncing features with all other modes of communication. I also enjoy assigning tasks to peers and following up via the status options. The different sales platforms according to region separate orders by state efficiently. I think this is the most advanced CRM I've come to use in my 10 years of professional experience.
The sales and marketing strategies are outlined within the flow of communication received through the inbox channels. The fact that these 2 sources are readily available with a click of a button makes it that much easier to follow up on. We have individuals following up in each inbox, and that's how we capture trends that really support the business.

HubSpot CRM is well suited to organized client orders with the status feature. It's also perfect for the syncing of customer invoices to our crediting systems, magnetos, and stripe.
