Using Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hub to map, report on, and support campaigns in the business model. Good for everyday use in creating and specifying effective pipelines for leads, companies, and deals.
- Custom reporting and field mapping.
- Deal pipelines for Sales and Business Development.
- Organizing contacts and company data through status and lifecycle stages.
- Reporting features does not include all pertinent filters, limited organization.
- Some properties in HubSpot are unable to be edited or deleted when unnecessary.
- Associations are hard to manage when reporting on activity log, some activities show up more than once.
- Easy to label lifecycle stage of leads to target available opportunities.
- Sales reps track activity through the phone app, all outreach is made through there.
- Deal cycles easier to track and report on, more transparency in company.
