Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot to match capital raisers with investors.
  • Link with Microsoft.
  • Keep track of activity.
  • Organizes lists of contacts.
  • Glitches in system.
  • Keeping track of activity during any given day.
  • Avoiding duplicate sequences/emails.
  • It's definitely helped but not sure what the numbers are.
I have no other comparisons. I used one 20 years ago which was much less robust (Act).
