It is much more transparent. It has the ability to connect multiple plug-ins. It offers many reporting options.

I manage hundreds of clients. It helps me to be transparent in my relationship with them. While performing several tasks at the same time, it helps me get back to conversations, so I don't forget what I talked about. There are opportunities to plug in conversations which makes HubSpot an even more attractive tool.
