User-friendly and flexible to suit most industries
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Use primarily as a database for digital leads acquired from multiple online sources. We implement workflows for each lead /client profile to automate regular contact points outside of usual communications and to track contact with each profile. We also use it to track the progress of the sales process and monitor the stage at which each profile is within that process. HubSpot allows us to maintain control of the processes and keep on top of each lead with a clear interface and tracking software for our calendars (appointments booked) email flows and SMS capabilities from the app. Integration is a key factor in the success of the product. I have used other databases in the past with other agencies and I can say HubSpot, while not specifically designed for the real estate industry like some of its counterparts, does just as well as it allows the setup to be tailored for the use of multiple industries.
Pros
- Integration between software (app, desktop, emails, calendars, etc.)
- Set up of communication and workflows
- Accessibility through team with clear set up of accesses
- Helpful hints and advice when building effective sales or follow up emails
Cons
- Clearer set up of workflows from received inquiry to allocations
- Ideally being able to send text messages from the platform rather than just the app
- Have not used long enough to reliably say yet
Accessibility has improved the efficiency of the Marketing and Sales teams both in-house and satellite locations. Improved speed and efficacy of actionable changes and updates through all offices and locations
