We use it for Sales pipeline management, reporting, funnel tracking, lead allocation and deal movementsWe try to have every sales revenue managed, tracked and closed with HSScope includes complete Sales journey : from lead allocation from marketing ads to lead working to deal creation to deal allocation and working on them to close

  • Sales Management made easy from rep to director to CXO
  • Deal visibility improved at every level
seamless UI in comparison with SF. I liked the ease of access to information and attachments, wherein no routing process is required - everything that needs to be done is self explainatory which is very good for any new user from sales standpoint using HS

mobile app needs a bit more streamlining for quicker responses
it has been pretty easy and good from cross functional team perspective, wherein data flow and information mapping has 0% loss or issue to quote with

moreover, call logging and other features make sure, that alignment across teams becomes rightly existent with HS

well suited in terms of UI and UX perspective - extremely easy from laptop to have the tool worked up with sales related deals/contacts

less appropriate wherein linkedin conversations need mapping - needs to be done manually. not many countries enabled for HS calling. whatsapp text tracking to be logged on - no much integrations there too
