HubSpot is amazing to coordinate amongst different departments
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Being able to have a centralized database to contact all of our leads has been a blessing. The analytical tools are also great, as we're able to track the progress of all reps and have visual charts relating to the leads' wants & needs.

- I'm not the biggest fan of the task center
- I think the analytical reports could be more visually appealing
- The dark mode isn't great
It's been fantastic. Since we can track what leads are looking for to such minute detail, marketing efforts come much easier and are way more accurate than before, ensuring high click-rates and wesbite visits.
