Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Being able to have a centralized database to contact all of our leads has been a blessing. The analytical tools are also great, as we're able to track the progress of all reps and have visual charts relating to the leads' wants & needs.

Pros

Cons

  • I'm not the biggest fan of the task center
  • I think the analytical reports could be more visually appealing
  • The dark mode isn't great
I haven't used any other CRM software to be completely honest, so I wouldn't be able to compare. But colleagues of mine who have used Salesforce before tell me HubSpot is much better.
It's been fantastic. Since we can track what leads are looking for to such minute detail, marketing efforts come much easier and are way more accurate than before, ensuring high click-rates and wesbite visits.

Well suited: HubSpot makes absolute and complete sense for Sales, as you're able to have all of your leads and deals organized efficiently and intelligently. You can also track the activity of your Sales reps to ensure productivity. Additionally, you can track specific information from each lead that will help make the Product department make decisions, such as what features they would like to have on your platform.

Less appropriate: If you just need to contact many people, without all the fancy features, HubSpot might not be right for you.
