Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to keep details on recent orders, securely store customer info, and find resolutions to issues with orders.

Pros

  • loads up customer contact details fast
  • makes it easy to enter data
  • easy to keep track of customer details

Cons

  • auto format phone numbers (eg. some format as +44, some as 07*)
  • auto capitalise names, postcodes
  • opportunities to upsell via seeing past orders and customer's favourites
  • easy to keep track of previous offer codes used
HubSpot is definitely the best, it is so seamless to use and very user friendly. Automatically loading up contact details is a gamechanger!
Allows us to easily keep track of special offers, allowing us to see who has claimed what offers and when.

well suited for quickly accessing history on customers, easy to view past comments, conversation starters etc.

less appropriate for withheld numbers - often i find multiple HubSpot profiles for the same person -- an auto merge suggestion tool would be useful.
