Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We mostly use HubSpot as our CRM tool. Thus, to document our clients and any interaction going on between company and client. HubSpot stands at the heart of our work in sales. Any action conducted in sales will always be tracked here; untracked actions do not count as work done. This helps us to maintain a clear overview of our work, motivates our sales force, and reminds us of the work necessary to be done. Before HubSpot, there was chaos - with HubSpot, structure, and transparency came into our sales process.

  • Reminder of work to be done.
  • Easy to use database.
  • Customisation of individual elements (e.g. times for reminders) can be increased.
  • A clear increase in sales once the entire sales force had been introduced to the system and its use case.
Onepage CRM - can't be compared; it's like comparing a bicycle to a Porsche SAP - Hubspot is much easier to use.

Anyone who sells something needs a CRM. Hubspot does not only provide you with a free CRM (at least in the beginning), but they give you clear instructions on how to use and leverage it. Their knowledge base has been a great source of information for our team that we do not want to miss anymore.
