Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Solid solution with all the automation you could be looking for in a sales-aid tool. HubSpot is an all-in-one content marketing tool that takes over what used to be done by several different pieces of software. It combines what WordPress, Mailchimp, and SEO tools like Wordtracker do all under one roof. If you don't know web development or web design and prefer everything under one roof in an easy drag/drop format for building landing pages and email templates, then HubSpot will probably work out really nicely for you.
Pros
- Sequences
- Email Tracking
- Pipeline Management
Cons
- Editing sequences
- Mass edits without admin rights
- Deal stages
- Revenue growth
For us, we've been doing design/development for so long in tandem with PPC and content marketing, that it seemed like a total waste of $4,000/year (all up front by the way) if we were only going to use the platform for the keyword research, contact management, and analytics of our content. We still prefer using WordPress because it gives us total control of our site, and we still prefer Mailchimp for the same reason--total control of our custom email templates. We're currently trying to find something that can take the place of HubSpot's keyword research and SEO tools, which was one of the most impressive parts of the platform in my opinion, and we haven't quite found it yet.
- Outreach
HubSpot CRM is one of the best CRM tools on the market and serves any kind of sales business perfectly. It works as a single place where users can keep product information and contact lists of customers. Users can stay in touch with customers and contact with any time but Outreach is simply the best at what they do.
