Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to organize all my contact, new and prior, in order to reach out about our programs. It is a great place to keep a phone call log, email log, and status updates on my students. My boss can upload templates and make sequences that make my job easier so I can help more individuals change their lives through education.

Yes

I enjoy that my emails sync from outlook to the email log in HubSpot. I also really enjoy that the calendars from my outlook also sync and provide me the ability to block out time when students can't schedule a meeting. The meeting feature could be a little more user-friendly in a way that we can prevent meetings from being scheduled back to back. I also like that I call log calls and do status updates for students. The sequences and templates are a lifesaver!
