Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is extremely easy to use and helps me stay on top of my sales tasks and goals. Their automation and reporting dashboards are easy to set up and understand. I'm always impressed by their super knowledgeable and quick-responding support team. Overall, I'd recommend HubSpot to anyone looking for a CRM!

- Occasionally slow.
- I wish there were a way to see all new inbound leads from our website and have the system only create deals and contacts for real leads.
- Increased sales from better lead management.
We don't have a marketing team.
HubSpot is better for lead management. It allows you to better stay on top of which leads you to need to reach out to and when. I have also found the UI to be more intuitive.
