Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to keep track of potential future clients and all of the interactions I've had with them. I also use the deal-stages section to keep track of what's in our sales funnel and I utilize the sequences aspect. All are very useful.

  • Biggest ROI I've noticed with HubSpot is shorter deal cycles
This is actually the first CRM that I've used so I don't have much to compare it to, but it was very challenging in the beginning to figure out how it worked. It's not very user-friendly for beginners.
We haven't used it much for marketing, mostly sales.

HubSpot is amazing for sales and for keeping track of tasks as they pertain to interactions with different clients. Not the best for beginner salespeople, or those who are just starting out using CRMs.
