Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use HubSpot to organize my sales tasks. It helps me organize my leads, current accounts, and sales calls that I make to close deals. I use HubSpot every single day. That is how important this tool is for my role. I love the email tracking and how it keeps my day to day tasks organized at all times. It also allows me to see the relationship between me and a buyer as it tracks all of your emails and calls that you have logged with them.

Cons
- Making adding images to templates easier.
- Sometimes not all my emails are tracked, so it is not the full conversation.
- Make it easier to see which names/emails are already in the system.
- Increased overall organization of sales team.
- Allows us to close deals faster.
I believe that the template feature in HubSpot is the most significant way it has aligned our cooperation between the sales and marketing team. We can now utilize graphic our marketing team makes for us in email templates to buyers and we are able to really personalize our email templates that way.
I have not used any other CRM system before.
