Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to contact clients, grow traffic for the company, convert leads, close deals and sale our products. I like that my phone and email are connected to the HubSpot account, which means it records every activity and tracks basically every move. HubSpot's filter options are a little confusing at times, especially when I try to separate contacts based on activity and last time contacted. Other than that, it's a great software.

I have not used any other CRM software.
HubSpot is great when it comes to cooperation with sales and marketing team. We are in constant contact and alignment. I can easily see which clients receive marketing information and then I can follow up with them. I can let the marketing team know what are clients' needs and they will work on marketing materials for that.

Yes

I love that with HubSpot I can avoid double emailing or calling multiple times the same client. With HubSpot tracking and recording my activity with clients, I can easily see who and when a client was contacted. Contact support is also very helpful and usually available when needed. Although I have been having some issues with generating reports, sometimes the number of calls doesn't line up with my actual calls made that day.
