Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it to manage the Sales Pipeline, as well as other internal processes in the company, such as: Account management; Recruiting pipeline; Marketing campaigns; and Revenue. The Tasks feature is also very helpful for time management and setting priorities. Establishing goals and being able to track them for each determined period of time is another valuable feature on the platform. Keeping track of calls, emails, and meetings is also really useful. HubSpot extensions with Gmail, Calendar, Slack, and the mobile app improves the experience.

In comparison to other CRMs I've used in the past, HubSpot CRM seems like a better option. It has more features than all the alternative options I have used, as well as more integrations. When you learn how to use it, it becomes an essential tool in your daily business routine.
As a member of the Sales team, I would say that HubSpot CRM improved the alignment and cooperation between our team and Marketing. We are able to keep track on which leads were generated by Marketing campaigns, and also specify which campaigns had a better conversion rate. We use it to always keep improving our efforts.
I have used other alternatives in Brazil, such as RD Station. I believe HubSpot is better, as it has way more features and integrations.

I would say that HubSpot CRM can be really useful to keep track of your Sales Pipeline, as well the estimated revenue. Besides it, it can be used in other areas like Marketing, Human Resources and Finance. The Task feature, as well as the email tracking system, can be really useful for different processes.
