Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use it to organize accounts, tasks and prospects. I also use it for reports and to track KPI's. It is crazy intuitive, allows you to build lots of custom options, and helps cut down admin time that I can't afford to waste. It is much better than previous CRM's I've used, and it allows the entire company to collaborate across departments.
Pros
- Organize tasks.

- Communicate across departments.
Cons
- Can auto-populate to a fault.
- Intricacies can sometimes become too sophisticated and slow down the process (i.e. account ownership and editing.
- Somewhat repetitive- sometimes there's too many fields/functions available that overlap.
- Saved time - less time on admin means more potential to interact with customers.
- Less wasted time on projects - intercommunication saves operation costs.
Great intercommunication. Can easily share projects, reports, notes and feedback.
