Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to manage all of our prospects and existing customers. I'm a big fan of the platform because of how easy it is to configure and be nimble as you customize the system to fit our sales workflow.

Pros

  • Easy to use/minimal clicks.
  • Sales sequences.
  • Automated workflows.

Cons

  • Reporting could be improved.
  • Fastest way to accelerate pipeline growth!
I can build what I want without the need for a system administrator to make the tool work for me.
Having sales and marketing working under a single database is a big win for HubSpot.
I like HubSpot the best because it aligns all of my Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in one system, under one shared database.

If you want to be able to implement a CRM quickly and ramp up sales prospecting and customer management, HubSpot is the way to go.

HubSpot allows you to customize "existing views" under their current object framework. It may not be the best solution if you want to completely customize the layout of a company, contact, or deal record.
