We use HubSpot CRM to manage all of our prospects and existing customers. I'm a big fan of the platform because of how easy it is to configure and be nimble as you customize the system to fit our sales workflow.

Having sales and marketing working under a single database is a big win for HubSpot.
I like HubSpot the best because it aligns all of my Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams in one system, under one shared database.
