Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Our company is pretty unique when it comes to sales tools. We use both Hubspot CRM and Salesforce. We use Hubspot CRM for certain products we sell. We use the SalesMessage plug-in for communication. Hubspot CRM is very nice for our BDRs to be able to have automated tasks and emails for inbound leads and different campaigns that we run.
- Communicate with prospects and customers
- Keeps track of our pipeline and closed deals
- Keeps track of our volume for demos attended, no shows, non quals, etc.
- Automate tasks and emails to prospects and customers
- The HubSpot scheduler needs the ability to have text reminders and the ability for prospects to be able to cancel or change their appointments on their own
- SalesMessage needs the ability to call prospects who are in other countries. Our dialer only works in the US and Canada.
- We need the ability for leads in Hubspot to automatically update the account owner to the AE that's doing the demo for that prospect/lead
- Hubspot CRM allows us to save tons of time by automating our workflows and emails that go out to prospects and customers. These can be very detailed by differentiating by product, lifecycle, and vertical
- Hubspot CRM allows us to easily forecast future demos and pipeline (people who have demo'd but haven't closed yet.
- Hubspot allows us to automatically distribute inbound leads. It's the best inbound marketing platform in the world!
We use HubSpot CRM for certain products/services that we sell. The reason we use it is that it's extremely easy to use and we already use it for all of our marketing needs. It made the most sense. The one thing Salesloft has that Hubspot CRM doesn't have is international calling.
