Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Follow up on the deals and prospects. Use conversations to communicate with prospects and answer their questions. Use statistics, forecasts, reports, demo bookings, and tasks. We have a huge number of contacts, and it helps in sorting them out and servicing every contact.
- i like tasks function a lot, it reminds me what i need to do
- templates and snippets are super usefull to save time
- i can see conversations from our website in real time
- other companies provide video recordings and analisys of meetings
- email tracking does not work all the time (shows zero opens, but then shows clicks for the same email)
- integration with Slack is a bit problematic, some errors appear from time to time
- i can't say for the compnay, but for me peronaly it has saved me a lot of time, and gave me a lot of insight in my deals
