I use it to keep accurate records of what stage customers are at with their particular project

Positive on helping business growth
As a sales rep it has definitely helped with sales growth
I can encourage customers to come on board, having a clear record of previous contact

I have used another CRM, forgot which one, but HubSpot CRM is definitely better, its great on the big screens we use, you can access a lot of information of a customers record card, very useful for emailing and this is the main contact that I have with my customers, I can see what conversations we have had and they have had with colleagues.

I feel it is a really useful tool all round for my particular job and not sure how I would manage without it now!

There will be improvements, but I can't think of any now to be honest
