Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Using HubSpot CRM as our main CRM tool. Simple UI, fantastic deals page, easy to use, great email and amazing for real time collaboration with gloobal sales team. Also used for Customer Success and tickets. Hubspot CRM helps to sort data, manage deals and customers and interact with prospects as well. Also great for setting tasks, email marketing and following up. For a sales person it also keeps things transparent!

  • helps with email follow ups and two way communications
  • chat bot integration is fantastic
  • also integrates perfectly with gmail and calendar
  • Ability to chop conversations and record conversations would be a game changer
  • more inights and assists like a smart CRM does
  • built in features like nudges and reminders would make life easy for sure
  • Tracking revenue and keeping things transparent
  • Quota management setting expectations and helping team asynchronously
  • saves tons of time acorss the board
It does require a learning curve, but once that is sorted, HubSpot makes everything a breeze! Definately way easier than other tools

Suited for lean startups and companies that are looking to create two way flow of communication with their prospects. Definately recommended for inside sales!

Not recommended for larger companies with much bigger teams where the deals have to be handed over from one rep to another. Definately needs imporvements with insights and a few more integrations with other CRM tools would be fantastic!
