Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to keep track of our leads, appointments, customers & potential customers. I love how easy it is to use, and how quickly I learned how to navigate the pages. The customization of the dashboards is really great too, and they have excellent collaboration with Aircall, a program we use for making the calls and powerdialing the leads directly through HubSpot. Its integrated perfectly for me here and relieves a lot of stress I've gone through with other CRMs in the past. All in all, I would recommend this application to anyone in a sales position, appointment setting position, or administrative position. Their customer service is also amazing, we thought we had an issue one day with the CRM but turned out it was just our internet, although HubSpot customer service got back to us before our internet provider did! Thanks for all you guys do! Thanks to anyone who read my review as well.

  • Mobile app is adaptable for my phone and tablet as well
  • Customer service is prompt, helpful, and communicative

It is must easier than the previous CRMs I've used at other companies both with their ease of use and their customer service / helpdesk. They have a great workable CRM that you can customize dashboards to show whatever you'd like, and we haven't experienced any issues since incorporating this CRM into our workflow.
I did not have any type of decision making process in approving which CRM we used, when I came on board they were already using Hubspot. I was very vocal from the beginning about how I liked the CRM and how I felt it elevated my skill set because of its ease of use I was able to spend training learning our specific industry not spending time how to use the CRM.

I think it is well suited for sales and appointment setting because it updates quickly and is fast paced and able to keep up with me during my work shift. I like how it is also available mobile, but the only scenario where i would change it would be how its displayed via mobile as some customer information isn't able to be zoomed in / out
