Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Primarily as a sales funnel for prospective and current clients.

Pros

  • Categorising different stages of the sales funnel
  • Visual clarity in its organisation
  • Simple to use but complex where needed

Cons

  • Plugin functionality
  • Ziwo particularly doesn't work well
  • Bring on significant new business in a timely manner
  • On occasion created technical difficulties and delays due to poor plugin functionality
Clean and accessible software with a plethora of functionality that I still haven't fully delved into. The main issue is with Ziwo functionality which could be an issue on Ziwos end or maybe HubSpot CRM's API. Either way overall, it's still the best CRM I've used despite the issue. Significantly better than Salesforce.
Sales is streamlined and easy to manage. Reports, although not mainly used by myself, I'm told are easy to produce and relevant. Marketing is good, but it is with most CRMs. Overall the package is created in a form that is effective and precise. I will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.
Besides HubSpot CRM I have mainly utilised Salesforce. It was not up to scratch in all departments when compared to Hubspot CRM.

Allows me to track and monitor new business particularly well in addition to syncing with my calendar.
