Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is used for client relations. We track all our engagements there and use features such as tasks and templates to make our work more efficient. We've also been using some marketing features, such as forms, to automate records. Having our phone system integrated with HubSpot CRM also helped us track our call activity better.
  • Track customer engagement calls, emails and texts
  • Automate record keeping with forms
  • Have a structured work flow with tasks
  • Constructing emails through Hubspot CRM would sometimes be difficult as text settings will change once you paste a link.
  • Phone plugins will sometimes fail. The listed number will not show the name unless the phone number is set with the country code format.
  • It would be great if a number has multiple records it will show the company instead of just multiple records.
  • Shorter deal cycles

Overall has more features than the other CRM software I've used.

Great tool for account managers to ensure they are on top of all their accounts. Especially ones with over 300 total clients and leads where any automation, no matter how small/simple goes a long way. If you have the functionalities of workflows and the other automation tools in the highest tier, it would allow for more streamlined work.
