HubSpot CRM is used for client relations. We track all our engagements there and use features such as tasks and templates to make our work more efficient. We've also been using some marketing features, such as forms, to automate records. Having our phone system integrated with HubSpot CRM also helped us track our call activity better.

- Constructing emails through Hubspot CRM would sometimes be difficult as text settings will change once you paste a link.
- Phone plugins will sometimes fail. The listed number will not show the name unless the phone number is set with the country code format.
- It would be great if a number has multiple records it will show the company instead of just multiple records.
