Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot from the perspective of a daily user in sales is excellent. I've used Salesforce + Outreach and found it to be OK but a little clunky as it still has to pull back and forth from each other.

Hubspot has everything all in one place and is a little faster and more fluid between actions (like adding new contacts, enrolling them in sequences and activities, etc. Still has all the fancy sequencing and automating of outbound sales that Outreach has. If you're savvy you can get the same level of reporting on statistics as well, in my opinion.

Pros

  • Sequences
  • Reporting
  • Statistics

Cons

  • Down time a little more than I would have loved. They're good at letting you know when something is disrupted, though.
Easier to use than SFDC. Cleaner interface and easier to navigate. Can use out of the box (something that's pretty tough with SFDC). But also always customization for when you need to get much more out of reporting and analytics in sales and marketing campaigns.
Inbound marketing automation is easy to see and easy to assign to reps. It was easy to ensure it had all the instructions and lead types so it could be acted on quickly. As a rep, it was great to have it show up in your tasks with a due date and instructions to tackle efficiently.
Compared to Outreach + SFDC combo in many other answers in the review. Overall find it gives the same experience for a rep in a little bit cleaner package.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

I used it on a smaller sales team of about 20, but really thought it would scale well. The reporting is very robust (this is something that is often a gripe about Hubspot). My hunch is that leaders get so used to SFDC that they just don't care about learning Hubspot (which is super easy anyways...).
