Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I used to use CRM when i was working as a sales CSR and even when i got promoted it was helpul to us and the corporate. Without it we wouldn't have managed that massive number of customers. We used to communicate with customers through it and it was very intelligent and user friendly. we worked as call and chat agents and CRM softwares were really helpful.

  • Just needs some development to be more responsive
  • integrating it with the rest of social media platform
  • add more fratures to the free tier to let small businsses be able to use it
  • saved time and made it easier to achieve the corporate goal
  • targeting the interested leads which reflected in an incease in closed deals and revenue
  • worked with several posision in the corporate so we didn't need to buy other softwares except for things that Hubspot CRM isn't designed to do
CRM always made me feel like this software is made by a person who knows how it goas like he was an agent or sales person and knew what exactly he was missing. It was easy to use, user friendly, organized and develeoped. Also it had everything that we needed actually except some unnecessary features that i didn't even think they will make much diffrence if they were integrated.
I didn't work in marketing department however they used to integrate their work over CRM system. we had 2 separate departments. however i believe there were kind of allignment between us managed by our upper management.

i had a lead that was almost closed unfortunatelly they had some circumistances and couldn't close the deal However they advised me to call back within 2 months i set a reminder and after 2 months i figured out that i didn't save the contact info However, after a little bit of search i was able to locat the contact and was able to communicate with the customer again and the deal was closed. This made me feel like i've the best software for our industry.
