Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is used to maintain a portfolio of clients for each recruitment representative. It is also used as a live chat service to help individuals in real-time with any questions or concerns. The problem is maintaining the large number of contacts we meet during the recruitment season and optimizing touchpoints. HubSpot CRM allows the use of different sequences for mass customization for different types of contacts, this includes breaking down each type into a specific list that can allow different sequences to be built to automatically maintain the relationship with that individual. Without HubSpot CRM managing the contact list would be impossible and the scale at which our team could operate would greatly be diminished. It also turns hours of emailing into a 10-minute process.

The biggest connection here is the ability to view where individuals are coming from. The data integration shows the source of the contact and allows our team to focus on specific items that may draw their interest. Our marketing and sales teams often work in conjunction already and we do not have a traditional sales cycle, but HubSpot CRM does allow for enhanced view and sharing across both teams.
HubSpot CRM is a better emailing and sequences tool then both of the other software suites by far. I find HubSpot CRM also has the best UI. Salesforce does have better record storing and database capabilities but I still prefer HubSpot CRM over both of these CRM platforms.
