Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is really the key point in my working days. From Mails to Calls to Tasks, I find everything in one place. The Solution works fast and reliably. It is super customized to every process, so it perfectly fits into the existing workflows. For detailed CS-relevant topics, there is still a need for additional CRM, unfortunately at least in SaaS (e.g. usage, connection rates, etc.).
  • Short loading times.
  • Highly customizable.
  • Many Integrations available.
  • Customer related usage behaviour towards an offered software.
  • More efficiency overall.
I have worked with Salesforce before and think it was much less intuitive and harder to customize to individual needs in the solution. But still, the setup for integrations and processes needs someone who knows how it´s done; it can not really be done by someone who has never built a CRM.

I think at this time, every company should have a CRM. That being said: For smaller companies without a growth perspective, the system might be too big and hard to set up compared to other solutions. If there is a scaling process ahead and you need a system that grows with you, I´d always recommend using HS.
