Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is really the key point in my working days. From Mails to Calls to Tasks, I find everything in one place. The Solution works fast and reliably. It is super customized to every process, so it perfectly fits into the existing workflows. For detailed CS-relevant topics, there is still a need for additional CRM, unfortunately at least in SaaS (e.g. usage, connection rates, etc.).
