Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use Hubspot in our organization for Customer Service, Marketing and Sales. For a small team, it's helpful to have one CRM for all of our needs and especially keep all of our client interactions in one place. On the sales end, we use it for the entire sales process. From the time, a prospective fills out the lead information to closing the deal, Hubspot is involved.
