Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use Hubspot in our organization for Customer Service, Marketing and Sales. For a small team, it's helpful to have one CRM for all of our needs and especially keep all of our client interactions in one place. On the sales end, we use it for the entire sales process. From the time, a prospective fills out the lead information to closing the deal, Hubspot is involved.

  • Sometimes there is confusion on terms.
  • More interactive/ UX options in how to curate the feedback surveys

For the layman, the user experience is great and the knowledge base is helpful. The interphase and design is clear and bright!

I really believe In HubSpot as an all in one platform.It works best when it is fully utilized. I would not recommend it to a user that only need one function (i.e, social media).
