Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We track our clients onboarding journey through HubSpot CRM, it allows all teams outside of our own to easily track where each customer is in their journey. It allows us to easily identify anyone stuck in a particular stage, and shows us where we can make improvements in our day to day operations.

  • We have a lot of contact records that get assigned other contact's email addresses. It happens all the time and we can't figure out what's causing it. But it is a huge concern as we do rely on HubSpot CRM to be accurate for email communications to our customers.

Salesforce still has my heart when it comes to the ease of reporting. Other than reporting, I would consider HubSpot CRM to be a sincere competitor for Salesforce.
well that decision was made prior to be being with the company. I found HubSpot CRM very easy to transition to from Salesforce (when I changed jobs). I would say the two are very comparable, but Salesforce is more user friendly when it comes to reports.
