Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot across different modules - CRM - for daily management of potential and current clients - Sales- Pipelines to manages sales flow and closed deals - Marketing - Funnels, sequences, reporting - Reporting - KPI's, conversions, dashboards

  • Dashboards based on division
  • How best to manage multi companies , parent company, associations
  • More help on how to set up reporting and dashboards easily
  • What is a contact or lead to determine pricing
  • More visibilty in regards to sales and reporting
  • If set up correctly the ease of automatically creating contacts from outbound or landing pages
I would say it is a close second to Salesforce but for small to medium businesses HubSpot is superior
Using HubSpot we have been able to reduce the cost of customer acquisition by using efficient and optimized processes while driving up your customer lifetime value by understanding where sales and marketing can have the biggest impact will help you achieve scalable and predictable revenue growth in the long term
