Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM every day to connect with prospects through calling, emailing, taking notes, organizing follow-ups, and more. I particularly use HubSpot CRM to send emails most of the time as opposed to traditional email because I have templates for every single scenario and have been able to train other people on how to get more out of their day using HubSpot CRM. Using HubSpot CRM saves an enormous amount of time and automates alot, and with-in 4-5 clicks and little to no typing I can go through each prospect. Must have for sales.

It's very easy and easy to customize, it's probably the easiest crm to use.
We are easily able to work together and use the organizational features to go market properly to tthe proper lead type.
Easier to use and more customizable. We can use HubSpot CRM throughout our entire organization, but cannot use sales force with our marketing team and engineers as well.

HubSpot CRM of great for sales, it might not be as valuable for a brick and mortor store, but a true good sales environment and telemarketing, real estate, and other industries are perfect for Hubspot CRM.
