Incredible support team, valuable time saving features!
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM to manage our leads and marketing workflows. The email tracking is a wonderful feature as well as getting to see which pages were visited on our website and what was clicked in the emails. Being able to embed the meeting calendar on our website was also a big draw for using HubSpot CRM.

- Would love the ability to have more than 1 signature for meeting reminders etc.
- It would be great to be able to adjust meeting load instead of round robin to a certain percentage like 30% to this team member 70% to this team member.
- Would appreciate the ability to put a max number of meetings booked with each individual per day. Once they hit this max, their availability for that day would stop showing.
- The meeting capability has increased our meetings booked significantly. We were also able to remove what used to take 3 steps to just one! This has been a huge time saver and also eliminated the need for an entire "scheduler" position at our company.
The sales team can now see exactly what marketing was interacted with on the lead account. This has been hugely beneficial in our sales conversations.
