Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

For our small media production studio, we currently utilize HubSpot to manage our outreach program to handle all our daily interactions. Utilizing a spreadsheet at first, it soon became apparent that to grow a company, our spreadsheet got very complicated and confusing fast. As our company grows, we’re looking to see the other capabilities HubSpot CRM has to offer to help with automated marketing and drip campaigns.

  • Contact History.
  • Pricing for smaller companies.
  • User Interface could use an upgrade.
  • Not much aside from those 2 items.
  • Increased outreach.
  • Time saving on customer engagement.
I’ve utilized several systems before, such as Zen, Sugar, and SF. Personally, I’ve transitioned to HubSpot; it’s a free online solution for which I’ve eventually upgraded the account to gain more features. For a small business, it is a perfect solution. Even if you’re paying for the free subscription, I would recommend HubSpot.
We’re a small company, but having implemented your whole outreach program on a CRM system would assist in knowing exactly how many leads and deals you have so sales can be more efficient in handling their sales process. Customizing the system so that sales focus on sales leads makes for a more efficient sales process leading to revenue.
The free version alone stacks up pretty well against the mentioned competitors. I believe as your business operations grow, the price points for additional users and needed functionalities will grow as well, and HubSpot is well within competitive pricing to compete with the other enterprise-level systems. I’ve stuck with HubSpot for a long time.

I feel a CRM solution for any business of all sizes. I’ve seen too many companies still using spreadsheets, and that only serves to waste valuable time and leaves revenues off the table. There is no reason you can utilize a free service with limited functionality, as that alone provides so much value to start managing your customer information.
