Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
For our small media production studio, we currently utilize HubSpot to manage our outreach program to handle all our daily interactions. Utilizing a spreadsheet at first, it soon became apparent that to grow a company, our spreadsheet got very complicated and confusing fast. As our company grows, we’re looking to see the other capabilities HubSpot CRM has to offer to help with automated marketing and drip campaigns.
- Contact Management.
- Contact History.
- Pricing for smaller companies.
- User Interface could use an upgrade.
- Not much aside from those 2 items.
- Increased outreach.
- Time saving on customer engagement.
The free version alone stacks up pretty well against the mentioned competitors. I believe as your business operations grow, the price points for additional users and needed functionalities will grow as well, and HubSpot is well within competitive pricing to compete with the other enterprise-level systems. I’ve stuck with HubSpot for a long time.
