Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it to manage the database and do constant email follow-ups and marketing. Effective in terms of keeping track of leads. The product is good, and for my use, it doesn't require any upgrades or improvements. This is certainly one of the best CRMs out there in the market. As an international sales consultant, if the calling feature could support more countries, for example, a few countries in GCC, Mongolia, and some countries in Europe, this would have been certainly great.

  • Reminders to follow up on mail.
  • Integration of different departments over this platform.
  • More international calling features.
  • Adding custom documents from computer in an email sequence.
  • Improved workflow.
  • Increased robustness.
  • Effective deal tracking.
I've never used other CRMs.

As Hubspot has a lot of features, I mentioned quite a few scope improvements in the last few questions. If Hubspot CRM is used to improve them, this would really help consultants with a similar profile as mine. Overall, there might be a few points where CRM could improve.
